I have expertise and specialization in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused treatment, addictions work, and psychodynamic therapy. I provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to individuals with mood and personality disorders. I also provide clinical supervision to social workers pursuing their clinical license.

I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Houston's Graduate College of Social Work in 2006 and have worked with individuals with mental illness in outpatient, residential, and inpatient settings. I have worked at the Council on Alcohol and Drugs Houston with individuals with co-occurring disorders and I was with the Menninger Clinic in Houston for almost 5 years working on the Hope Unit with individuals with depression, anxiety, addictions, and personality disorders.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience. I am able to provide clinical supervision to individuals pursuing their clinical social work licensure. I am also a Certified Group Psychotherapist with the American Group Psychotherapy Association and have led both psychoeducational and psychotherapy groups in residential, inpatient, and outptaient settings.
